Very unpleasant staff and management was taken off the list for being sick and needed help with supplies! Very unfriendly and rude experience especially coming there with my 1 year old that I needed help with and my 1st born which was a great experience! I'm not sure what happened but it has changed and told them I'm experience post partum and they instead did not care and told me if I can't wait while sick in the place to go else where and made sure to upset matters. Very bad place to go if you need help! Yes they helped but who ever that girl is they have up in front now is very rude every time I come in and they told me I get free things so I can wait but that's rude to make someone feel like if they can't wait while sick that they don't need nothing and take them off the list instead of being kind and tell them I'm sorry you can come back when we're not busy and we can gladly help you and if you're not feeling well please just come when better but instead they were rude and triggered me a bad way to react to their appalling unkind gesture and said to wait or to go by didn't have no kindness to them at all. Very different than before. Definitely not a godly place in my opinion but I'm not sure maybe catholic charities is a better helpful place because they have never treated me like this when I needed supplies or help. Glad they are still around! Thanks to Debbie for the way she treated a single mother with post partum who does it all herself! If I could give them a 0 I would. I went in because I wanted an ultrasound to make sure everything was okay. I was experiencing discomfort and sharp pain, I explained this to the nurse and all the nurse did was play a guessing game of what it could be instead of just taking 5 minutes out of her day to do ultrasound. I asked her to leave the room and she wouldn’t, she continued to play a guessing game of what it could be and I left even more uncomfortable and worried. “It could be this it could be that” I went in there to get some peace of mind and I just left even more sick to my stomach. So thanks to the nurse who ruined my experience today. I won’t ever have anything nice to say about this place.

All the staff was caring, sincere, and supportive! They were able to get me in for an ultrasound so quickly and made me feel so comfortable. So thankful to have them in our city! Life is worth fighting for!

This pregnancy center has a great staff that do everything in their power to provide resources for new families. My coach Kristen has been the greatest help throughout my pregnancy and even more now with my babygirl here. I couldn’t recommend this center enough :).

Amazing place to go, they help you find all sorts of resources and classes for you and your baby. They also have free pregnancy tests and baby classes. Definitely a wonderful clinic to go to, the staff is extremely polite and helpful. The staff have seriously helped my husband and I get plenty of stuff for our baby. All the stuff in the pictures was given to us through their baby bucks program. And all the furniture, including the mattress, is brand new.
