Great place. Nice staff and the counselors are fantastic. Valerie specifically, she's such a kind and bubbly spirit and makes u feel comfortable from the start. Definitely feel comfortable and at home here

Calling the hotline is hit or miss here. Also I have not been able to find a counselor that can help me. I am glad that others have found help. That's why I didn't put lower star value. I appreciate the service they have there. Maybe I just cannot click with the counselors there. It is frustrating to have CPTSD and to try and get help. Seems like they can only deal with somethings and not others. Maybe this is just my experience but that is why I am writing this review. Not to make the place look bad but to just put my feedback and my experiences. Basically I am frustrated with this place.

Great and very knowledgeable counselors!! Saw me right away and helped me immensely when I needed it most. The whole place feels like a safe haven and invites healing every step of the way. Unfortunately bad things happen but fortunately we have good people like these to help!
